"The contractor shall ensure that technology and services are consistent with standards set forth in Maryland State Finance and Procurement Code Ann. 3A-311(2015). If there is an additional cost to modify equipment for non-visual access, the Supplier shall advise the Procurement Officer of the cost for modification."
